JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that in the entire order dated 20.12.2018, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 72821 of 2018 two typographical errors appear to have occurred. Details of the case has wrongly been typed in order dated 20.12.2018 as 'Bhargama Police Station Case No. 372 of 2016' in stead of 'Majhaulia Police Station Case No. 372 of 2016'. Said error is apparent on the records. Order dated 20.12.2018 is therefore modified so that the details of the case may be read as 'Majhaulia Police Station Case No. 372 of 2016'.

Another error which has been attributed to the office of the learned counsel is that in stead of 'Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah' in the bail petition the Court in which the case is pending has wrongly been typed as 'Additional Sessions

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6888 of 2019(2) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Judge I cum Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran'. In view of the said error having been pointed out by petitioner's counsel, order dated 20.12.2018 stands modified so as to read as 'Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran'.
