JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-05-2018 The petitioner has preferred an appeal under Section 17 of the Special Courts Act, 2009 as Miscellaneous Appeal against the judgment dated 17.01.2018, passed in Special Case No.03 of 2015, arising out of confiscation proceeding under Section 13 of the Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act'). The Act itself relates to constitution of Special Courts for the speedy trial of certain class of offences and for confiscation of the property involved relating to the said offence.
