2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 19.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 25869 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 384, 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

4. There is general and omnibus allegation of firing against all the accused persons. The victim has sustained gun shot injury but he survived. The petitioner is in jail since

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai P.S. Case No. 197 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
