2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction directing the respondents to make adequate compensation to the petitioner for acquisition of her land bearing Khata no. 40 Khesra no. 252

Patna High Court CWJC No.16877 of 2016(2) dt.18-08-2025 2/3 situated at Fatehpur Ekarai Blok Hajipur area total 20.67 decimals which is subject matter to the land acquisition case no. 7/2007-2008 in as much as without making payment compensation the respondents have Railway have started work over the said land and further of direct the respondents to stop work over the said land till the date of Payment compensation to the petitioner of who has purchased the said land by two registered sale deeds dated 30-9-2013 in paying consideration money 25 Lakhs and 30 Lakhs respectively. And for further relief/reliefs, the petitioner is sought to be entitled for.

3. The petitioner owns a piece of land at Fatehpur Ekarai Blok, in Hajipur which was purchased from the vendor in the year 2013. It has been acquired for the purpose of construction of Sugauli Railway Line. The grievance is that though they made payment for building/mango trees, the amount for boundary wall was not acquired.

4. Learned State counsel if the Award was prepared,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16877 of 2016(2) dt.18-08-2025 3/3 payment made, still aggrieved, she could have moved before the Arbitrator, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she shall be doing the same and shall move before the appropriate authority in next four weeks.

6. If such petitioner is preferred, the authority shall see to it that the matter was pending before this Court for long while taking up the limitation petition.

7. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
