The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:- (i) For direction to the Trial Court particularly Respondent No. 3, the District Judge, Civil Court, Munger to conclude the S.Tr. No. 562A/2010 expeditiously without giving any further transfer and undue adjournments which is pending for arguments since long i.e. year 2017, presently pending before Ld. A.D.J-II, Munger.

(ii) To command the Respondent authorities (1 to 6) for discharging their statutory duty conferred upon them by the constitution of

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.449 of 2024(3) dt.21-04-2025 2/2 India and other statutes.

(iii) To guarantee equality before law and equal protection to the petitioner as guaranteed under Article 14 & 21 of the constitution of India.

3. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger is directed to conclude the trial arising out of Munger Kotwali P.S. Case No. 109 of 2010 at the earliest preferably within six months from date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.

5. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Munger through FAX for its compliance.
