By way of the present application under section 439 and 440 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.1093 of 2013 arising out of Khajekala P.S. Case No.137 of 2012 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was twice rejected earlier by this Court vide orders dated 27.11.2013 and 22.7.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 23484 of 2013 and 27611 of 2014 respectively.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51302 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 aforesaid two orders, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Md.S./- U T
