Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In compliance of the order dated 10.03.2022, the petitioner has surrendered in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur on 21.03.2022 for which a supplementary affidavit dated 22.03.2022 has been filed bringing on the record the surrender certificate of the petitioner as contained in Annexure-A along with photographs of his daughter with her newly wedded husband.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by
