This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 12855 of 2022. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a prayer to extend the time for his surrender by four weeks. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 26.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 12855 of 2022. While passing that order, it was observed that the petitioner was ready to deposit 50 per cent of the total amount within six equal monthly installments.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12682 of 2023(2) dt.15-03-2023 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to financial scarcity, he could not arrange the money and made a prayer for six months further time to deposit that money.
In view of aforesaid, the time for surrender of the petitioner is extended by four weeks from today. The petitioner is directed to deposit 50 per cent of the amount within six equal monthly installments from today. The first installment shall be submitted at the time of surrender of the petitioner.
