JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 12-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 14.10.2016 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Begusarai, whereby and whereunder he has cancelled the licence of the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner instead of exhausting the alternative remedy of appeal has directly approached this Court as there is a provision of appeal against the order of the Sub-Divisional Officer.

In such view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to exhaust the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18836 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2017 2/2 alternative remedy of appeal. The authority while dealing with the limitation petition will consider the pendency of this case before this Court.
