The petitioner, Gyandip Kumar, is in custody since 26.06.2015 in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 133 of 2015 under Section 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case, one country-made pistol with six cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the petitioner, above named, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand
