JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 384, 386, 427, 452, 379, 380, 325, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and the petitioner too have sustained injuries. He further submits that the injury sustained by the prosecution side is not serious in nature. He submits that two of the co-accused, namely, Bipin Khirhari and Guddu Kumar, have already been granted anticipatory bail. The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2014.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47464 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. case no. 212 of 2014.
