Similarly situated accused Raj Kumar Mahto who happened to be the son-in-law of the deceased Gariba Mahto @ Chandrama Mahto has been admitted to bail by a Bench of this Court and also considering the submission that the deceased had received injuries found on the dead body while he was roaming around in the drunken condition. Petition Tapeshwari Devi @ Thapeshwari Devi is the wife of the deceased whereas petitioner Shobha Devi @ Shobhani Devi happens to be the daughter of the deceased.

Let the above named two petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each
