JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and learned A.P.P. for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.1668 of 2022 registered under Sections 418 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. The complaint case has been filed after three months of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15971 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 alleged execution of sale deed.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Complaint Case No.1668 of 2022 corresponding to Trial No.783 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
