JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this mandamus writ application is being filed for issuance of direction to the District Magistrate Madhubani for taking action against Panchayat Secretary Pirokhar of Block Madhubani for giving details of name and address of beneficiaries of Kabir Antoday Yojna for the year 2007-2014 which has not been available through R.T.I. stating therein that the record is not available of that period. It is the matter misuse of public money for this representation dated 18.12.2023 is pending before District Magistrate Madhubani without any action."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3623 of 2024(2) dt.13-05-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
