2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2020, registered for offences under Sections 30(a)(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, total 40 litres of illicit country made liquor were recovered from a Pain (river bank).

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has recovered from their conscious possession. Petitioners have one criminal antecedent of similar nature and they are on bail in that case.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10367 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court-I, Jamui/ concerned court below in connection with Sikandra P.S. Case No. 285 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

8. The petitioners will deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramkrishna Vivekananda Vidyapith, Deoghar and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioners.
