2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 539 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased died in the house of the petitioner who happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased. He has been killed by strangulation. Once the deceased was killed in the house of the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to explain as to how the deceased died.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2023.

5. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is rejected.
