2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:
(i) for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus or any appropriate writ/writs commanding the respondents concerned to issue Basgit Parcha and fix the rent in respect of the land measuring 4 Kathas, 2 dhurs situated at Mohalla Sanhauliganj,
Patna High Court CWJC No.17854 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2025 2/3 Tauji No. 4958, Thana No. 268, Khata No.
296, Khesra No. 1495. However, the petitioner further seeks direction of this Hon'ble Court to the respondent authority to take stern action against the private respondents, who are bent upon to dispossess the petitioner and his family members by demolishing his thatched residential house for clubbing the said piece of the petitioner's land in the campus of Maljee Thakurbari whereas the said Belagan land is in possession of the petitioner since last couple of decades as the petitioner's grandfather was Bataidar of Exlandlord, namely, Chandi son of Kasi Pilmali.
3. A counter affidavit has come on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 4 after service of copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner on 18.08.2019. According to the said reply, in the land in question, a Thakurbari is situated manned by the Management Committee though part of the said land was given to the different persons including the petitioner for rental
Patna High Court CWJC No.17854 of 2016(2) dt.19-08-2025 3/3 purpose, as he failed to pay the rent, making out a case, the present writ petition has been filed which is fit to be dismissed.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be agitating the matter before an appropriate forum.
5. Said liberty is always there, the writ petition stands disposed of.
