JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Petitioner is in custody since 12.8.2014 in relation to Garkha P.S.Case No. 158 of 2014 registered, inter alia, under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code. He is alleged to have given Gupti (knife like weapon) blow on the abdomen of the victim who is the informant. The informant was village Chowkidar as well. Injury report supports the allegation as intestine was found perforated because of the injury on the abdomen. I am not inclined to entertain this application at this stage. However, once charges are framed the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the trial court. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J) spal/- U
