JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 3431 (C)/2018 for offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected.
