JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-08-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove all the SR defects as pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within two weeks from today.
The petitioner seems to have moved this Court with a grievance that despite information given to the S.H.O., Naubatpur Police Station with regard to the alleged occurrence, FIR has not been lodged and no action has been taken by the police.
Learned counsel for the petitioner now submits that FIR has already been lodged.

WJC No.203 of 2022(3) dt.30-08-2022 2/2 In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna to direct the concerned police station/I.O. to conduct proper investigation of the case and take appropriate steps as may be required against the persons involved in the alleged occurrence.
Certified copy of this order shall be made available only after removal of the defects.
