In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Dr. Sunil Kumar Yadav Vs. State of Bihar reported in 2018(3) PLJR 354, the service of the husband of the petitioner cannot be recognised as Reader on 13.12.1993 under time bound promotion scheme as he has not completed 10 years by 13.12.1993. The petitioner is not entitled to any consequential relief of grant of promotion of her husband under the Time Bound Scheme on subsequent date as the time bound promotion scheme came to an end on 22.09.1995 before completion of 10 years service from 01.02.1988.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed.
