The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard the parties.

Following relief(s) have been sought for by the petitioner in the present writ application:

Patna High Court CWJC No.3318 of 2020(2) dt.22-06-2020 2/3 "1(i) To direct and command the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to operate the account of his father and to grant the arrears of pension to the petitioner, of late Rambali Prasad, who is father of the petitioner and retired from his service on 31-01-2005 and died on 05-12-2014 and his son i.e.

petitioner is the only son and is entitled to operate the Account of his later father bearing account No. 10748970076.

(ii) To pay the entire dues amount with respect to the petitioner from the date it became due to the petitioner till actual date of payment along with penal interest and also cost of litigation to the petitioner".

Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.

In case, any such representation is filed, the concerned authority shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of filing/making of such representation.
