Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 504/34 and Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner that he caused murderous assault by knife (Chaku) which resulted in death of the brother of the informant, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with S.T. Case No. 274 of 2018 arising out of Dhamdaha Police Station Case No. 110 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea.
Hence, prayer for bail is refused.
Petitioner is in custody since 11.05.2018, hence, the trial court is directed to expedite the trial. (Birendra Kumar, J) Kundan/- U T
