The petitioners seek bail in connection with Marhowrah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 612 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code 3.

Allegation against the petitioners is to have committed murder of Arti Kumari, daughter of Deep Narayan Rai and concealed/disappeared the dead body of the deceased along with other co-accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioner have falsely been

It is submitted that specific allegation as regard to murder is not against these petitioners rather same is against Santosh Kumar. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 24.09.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioners and conceded the fact that the allegation as regard to commit murder of deceased is against other co-accused, Santosh Kumar.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail in connection with Marhowrah (Gaura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 612 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra.
