2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 188 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 27 and 30 of the Indian Arms Act.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have loaded cartridge in the country-made pistol during a dance programme.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no allegation against this petitioner of firing or anyone sustained injury rather the allegation is of loading cartridge in the country made pistol. Petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which he is on bail.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15034 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of case, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest /surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate- XIIIth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Maker P.S. Case No. 03 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
