The petitioner is challenging the Look Out Circular issued by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur in Matrimonial (Restitution) Case No.280 of 2018 vide orders dated 30.08.2018 and 31.08.2018 and also the orders dated 06.09.2019 and 27.09.2019 passed in Matrimonial (Restitution) Case No. 280 of 2018.

The petitioner has appeared in the Family Court. He is also pursuing his legal remedies before this Court by way of filing an Anticipatory bail application and the matter is pending before the Mediation Centre.

In these circumstances, the orders dated 30.08.2018 and 31.08.2018 for issuance of Look Out Circular against the petitioner as well as the orders dated 06.09.2019 and 27.09.2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Muzaffarpur, in Matrimonial (Restitution) Case No.280 of 2018 are hereby quashed. Consequently, the Look Out Circular issued against the petitioner is directed to be recalled by the respondent no.2.
