JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is an accused in a case under sections 341, 323, 504 and 3407 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the SC/ST Act. It is alleged that the petitioner assaulted the informant Girja Devi with Danda on her head causing simple injury. The petitioner is in custody since 18.8.2014. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner Shashi Bhushan Singh is directed to be released on bail in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No.128 of 2013 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari.
