JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(1) For removal of illegal encroachment by the private respondents no. 4 & 5 from purchased land of petitioners situated in Khata no. 206, 274, Plot no. 1920, 1974 respectively. Similarly respondents no. 4 & 5 have also encroached the common Rasta (Gali) in Khata no. 275, Plot no. 1878, 1899."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other
