The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 498(A) & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, the allegation against this petitioner is of commission of torture and assault due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Petitioners are distant relative of husband of informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that specific accusation of assault and demand of dowry is against Ganesh Sharma (husband of the informant) and petitioners have been made accused only because they are relative of husband of informant. There is general and omnibus allegation. Petitioners are separate in mess & property and have got no concern with

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioners.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 224 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
