The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The supplementary affidavit has been filed stating therein that the petitioner's father-in-law died on 18th January, 2015 for which reason the case has been listed out of turn hearing. Considering that incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49656 of 2014 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 bail after framing of charge provided if his case is not bifurcated for the purpose of commitment of charge.
