The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Janta Bazar P.S. Case No.179 of 2020 registered under Sections 356, 379, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Mukesh Sah. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on
