JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.425 of 2019 for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

In the instant case total 10 litres of country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, rather from a place, which is outside the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7187 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No.425 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
