2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Neelam Kumari came to the Police Station and disclosed that her Nandosi (the petitioner) and his family members are residing for one and a half year at her house and today she saw that he kept one country made pistol. On this secret information, police raided the house and recovered one country made pistol from the house, while petitioner fled away.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating article has been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7967 of 2025(2) dt.06-03-2025 2/2 recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has been made accused on the disclosure made by Neelam Kumari. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Parasi Police Station Case No. 78 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
