Petitioner was engaged as volunteer in the programme of National Service Scheme (NSS).

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner was engaged subject to the condition that he shall not claim continuity in service and regularization. It is now admitted position that the petitioner has been disengaged as in the selection process he was found to be at the bottom of the merit list.

Considering the fact that petitioner failed to qualify

However, in future, if applications are invited for regular appointment then the University shall consider age relaxation to the extent the petitioner has worked as one time measures. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
