The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chausa P.S. case No. 21 of 2018 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner happens to be Fufera brother of the husband of informant. There is compromise between Mukesh Sharma and petitioner and on such Mukesh Sharma was granted regular bail. There is no eye witness of the occurrence but from perusal of the FIR it appears that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that petitioner fired at the informant which hit on the left side of her breast.

Taking into consideration the fact that it was the petitioner who fired causing injury on the breast of informant, I
