The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No. 259 of 2019 registered under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner is the husband of the informant. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that on perusal of first information report, it appears that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioner. Hence,

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the parties, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
