Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26 & 35 of the Arms Act. Allegedly from possession of the petitioner a 7.65 loaded pistol over which USA was written and five live cartridges of 7.65 bore and black colour Nokia mobile were recovered on 14.2.2015, and since then, the petitioner is in custody. In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the alleged recovery and period of detention, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26456 of 2015 (3) dt.09-10-2015 execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur arising out of Shahpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2015 subject to the conditions that one of the bailors must be near relative and another having sufficient immovable property within the territorial jurisdiction of the court concerned and the petitioner shall remain present on each and every date during trial and the default on two consecutive dates on his part without any reason shall disentitle the petitioner from privilege of bail.
