2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased has been killed by the petitioner and other co-accused persons and the dead body of the deceased has been recovered on the statement of the petitioner and other co-accused persons. The petitioner is in jail since 05.08.2023.

4. Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant both have vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12655 of 2024(3) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is dismissed.
