2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103 (1) , 238 and 3 (5) of BNS.

3 . As per F.I.R. informant alleged that on 14.11.2025 at about 10:00 O' Clock at night, this petitioner called the informant and told that her sister had died. Upon such information, informant and his family members went to the sasural of his sister, where he saw that the house was locked. Thereafter, getting information by people of vicinity, informant and his family members had gone to Sagra Pokhra, where they saw that dead body of her sister had already been cremated. Informant alleged that this petitioner who is husband of

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is husband of the deceased. On the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner was not present at the place of occurrence and as such, petitioner has not played any role in the alleged offence . As a matter of fact, deceased herself committed suicide. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and there is direct and specific allegation that he and his family members killed the deceased and cremated her dead body . The witnesses have also supported the prosecution case .

6. Considering the nature of accusation and also the fact that the petitioner is husband of the deceased, who died in unnatural condition in her in-laws house and other circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
