The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for quashing the selection of Ranju Kumari (Respondent No.6) as Aaganwadi Sevika in Panchayat Bhelwa, Ward No. 4 Mini Aaganwadi Kendra No. 72 and select the petitioner as Aganwadi Sevika in Panchayat Bhelwa, Ward No. 4 Mini Aaganwadi Kendra No. 72.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.08.2017 passed in Aganwadi Appeal No. 9 of 2016 by the Collector-cum-District
Patna High Court CWJC No.10227 of 2018(2) dt.06-08-2024 2/2 Magistrate, Madhepura.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in the said appeal, the petitioner is not the party, and in compliance of the order passed in the appeal fresh advertisement has been made. As such, the petitioner has only remedy to challenge the appointment of the private respondent according to the relevant guidelines for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika-Sahayika.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the appropriate remedy under the relevant provisions mentioned in the guideline for the appointment of Anganbari Sevika-Sahayika.
