2. The present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.04.2018 passed by the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Bihar State Financial Corporation, Patna (Annexure-3) by which the mortgaged property of the petitioner has been auction sold and taken possession thereof.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if the petitioner's representation dated

4. Learned counsel for the respondent-State as well learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation appears and has been heard.

Having regard to the nature of the grievances and the stand of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Bihar State Financial Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 1) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 11.05.2018 (Annexure5), if the same is still pending before him, after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this judgment.
