JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 28-02-2020 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 173 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation as per F.I.R. is that the petitioners while snatching the bag of informant was caught and apart from that he is accused in one more case.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been implicated in this case and there is no recovery from them and they have been in custody since 03.09.2019.
Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides, in view of the allegation as
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7279 of 2020(3) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 well as criminal antecedent of the petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage. This application is accordingly dismissed.
