ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the F.C.I. and learned counsel for the Allahabad Bank. From perusal of Annexure- A, Annexure-C and Annexure-D of the show cause filed by O.P. No. 2, it appears that revision of pension pursuant to the order passed by the Hon'ble Court has been made and the payments have already been made by the Bank. Vide Annexure-D to the supplementary show cause, the payments has been disbursed by the Bank.

It, thus, appears that no case of contempt is made out. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse of any legal remedy, available under law.
