2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 385, 387, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner is alleged to have opened fire from his country-made pistol, but fortunately no one sustained any fire-arm injury. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024. Chargesheet has been submitted.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the the period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
