Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 261 of 2013 arising out of Chandi (Nagarnausa) P.S. Case No. 375 of 2000 registered under Sections 341, 326, 307, 120B and 34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act. Prayer of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 35165 of 2013 on 24.03.2014 by this Court taking into consideration the nature of injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to reconsider the prayer of the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for bail is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46993 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 again rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to conclude the trial of the petitioner within a period of one year from the date of communication/production of the copy of this order. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
