This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the name of the petitioner finds place on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, namely, Pintu Singh and there are seven cases pending against the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P. S. Case No. 320 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall file Hazari in the nearest police station once in a fortnight for six months and if any report is received regarding involvement of the petitioner in such type of cases then the trial court shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
