2. Heard Mr. Rupesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Tapeshwar Sharma, learned APP for the State.
3. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 252/ 2024 dated 21.04.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 read with section 34 of the IPC.
4. The main submissions advanced by petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent, there is no specific allegation against him with regard to inflicting iron rod blow at any specific part of the body of the

No.8582 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/3 informant's son and he is simply alleged to have assaulted the informant's son by means of iron rod and co-accused, Bittu Kumar @ Abhiraj Kumar, who is alleged to have assaulted the informant's son with Lathi-Danda has been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 08.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 62490 of 2024 and one co-accused, Ritesh Kumar, who is also alleged to have assaulted the informant's son has also been granted anticipatory bail by this court vide order dated 22.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80982 of 2024. It is further submitted that on behalf of the petitioner's side Maner P.S. Case No.
253 of 2024 was lodged against the prosecution party and earlier the informant's son, an injured of this case, committed the offence of loot and marpit with petitioner's family members regarding which Maner P.S. Case No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8582 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 3/3 established in between both the parties and they have filed a compromise petition before the trial court which is annexed as Annexure-6 with this petition.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly taking into account the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and the good relation having been established in between both the parties, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 252/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
