In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the Respondent Additional Collector, Aurangabad to dispose of L.A. Case No.113/2016-17 pending before him within a time by reasoned and speaking order.

(ii) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9188 of 2018(2) dt.21-10-2024 2/2 eye of law."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has filed this writ petition for disposal of L.A. Case No.113 of 2016-17.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that in para 14 of the counter affidavit it is stated that L.A. Case No.113 of 2016-17 has already been disposed of vide order dated 07.07.2018 as contained in Annexture-A to the counter affidavit and the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed.

5. In the light of aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, it stands disposed of. However, if petitioner has any grievance, he may approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievance.
