2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 576 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the B.N.S.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner took a certain money from the informant and another ladies to facilitate their appointment in Group D of Railway Department, the petitioner came to be arrested and a certain documents were recovered which were forged one.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that petitioner is an old

Petitioner has been falsely implicated by the informant and others. It has further been submitted that even if the allegations are accepted to be proved although he denies the same, it appears to be an immoral contract and the informant and others were themselves engaged in giving money for illegal gains. It has lastly been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.07.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid submissions of the parties and taking into account the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 576 of

7. The application stands allowed.
