2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 48 of 2024 and CIS No. 21 of 2024 (arising out of Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.06.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43732 of 2024 which reads as under:- Heard learned counsel for the

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhanaha P.S. Case No. 174 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the assailant. He has assaulted the victim on the head and has also assaulted the victim in his stomach. The petitioner is in jail since 06.09.2023.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
5. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.
7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial.
3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the trial has started and out of 9 nine chargesheeted witnesses, five have already been examined.
4. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that the trial has started, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
6. The State is directed to produce the witnesses regularly in the trial so that the trial is concluded at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
